I think there [are] basically three ways that we can approach dealing with this: One of these is through psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, and then behavioral therapy, which Im an overwhelming proponent of in particular a type of behavioral therapy called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or DBT. Dr. Peter Attia. I really enjoy his take on things, his clarity, the brilliant guests he has on, and how out of my depth he is.. What things are attributing to bad sleeping patterns. Theres one disease, which is not really thought of as a disease, but I think of it as a continuum that is the foundation upon which all of those sit.
